Our pulse output water meters, based on the principle of pulse counting, are designed for accurately measuring the total volume of water flowing through domestic or residential pipelines. Equipped with a sensor to send a metering signal, these meters are vital instruments in various intelligent remote meter-reading systems.

These water metering devices excel in long-distance water usage data collection, offering reliable and precise readings. Through enhancements to the counting mechanism, these meters maintain the essential dial reading functionality of traditional meters while also acquiring the ability to transmit data signals, enabling more efficient and remote water usage monitoring. Additionally, they can be connected to computers, facilitating centralized computer management. Depending on the flow collection system, they can be configured with one or several meters, making them compatible with most water meter data collection systems.

Water meters with pulse output require continuous power supply and typically measure water consumption based on the number of collected pulses. Generally, there are two types based on their working principle: single or dual reed switch meters and Hall-effect sensor meters.
